Garian was founded in 1992 by brothers Gary and Brian Bier and is still family-owned today. What started as a small contracting business grew into a company that handles hundreds of REO properties every year for banks, asset managers and property owners.
We are a licensed general contractor and home builder, backed by a long-standing network of licensed plumbers, electricians and roofers. Whether it’s a property that needs to be secured and market-ready, a home recovering from damage, or a full renovation, one accountable team sees it through.
