Founded by brothers Gary and Brian Bier in 1992, Garian Building & Remodeling has grown into a leading renovation contractor serving the Northeast region. As dedicated renovation contractors, we specialize in transforming properties through expert craftsmanship and comprehensive project management.
What began as a small operation working with families and private clients has evolved into a robust business handling hundreds of REO (Real Estate Owned) properties annually, in addition to extensive insurance restoration work.
